New Five Iron Frenzy Album

Denver, CO ska/rock stalwarts Five Iron Frenzy have surprised fans by dropping a brand new album, titled 'Until This Shakes Apart.'

The 13-track, crowd-funded LP is now streaming on all digital platforms.

Formed in 1995, Five Iron Frenzy have a heritage now 7 albums deep, featuring their characteristic ska / rock style.

It's been just over seven years since the band released their last full-length record, "Engine of a Million Plots," and this new release does not disappoint. BIG brass over hard rocking beats is the backbone of the band. A rock band with ska horns is a pretty fair description but this does not mean that it should be avoided by any means. Intelligent lyrics reflecting the moral challenges of today's pandemic life nestle alongside their religious standpoint. There are a couple of more ska influenced tunes like Homelessly Devoted To You amongst the bigger - more rock tracks. An accomplished album for sure.

Available today, FIF has self-released "Until This Shakes Apart," after a successful Kickstarter campaign where just a few months ago $287,764 was raised to make this record a reality.
